Application These terms apply to every supply of goods and/or services by Magic Vision Limited (Trading as Maverick Studio) to all our customers,  and supersede all prior agreements. Making bookings constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

Quotations & Pricing Quotations are valid for 30 days. Prices are in NZD, include GST, and may be subject to change if your requirements change.

Payment Terms Payment is due strictly within 20 days of the invoice date. We may require payment in advance or on delivery at our discretion.

Interest on Overdue Accounts If payment is not received by the due date, we may charge interest on the overdue amount at a rate of 2.5% per month (30% per annum), calculated daily and compounded monthly.

Debt Recovery Costs. You agree to be liable for all reasonable costs we incur in recovering any overdue amount. This includes all fees and commissions charged by a debt collection agency (which may be up to 30% of the debt referred plus GST), legal costs (on a solicitor-client basis), and all court or disbursement fees. These costs are payable immediately as a liquidated debt.

Limitation of Liability Our maximum liability to you, however arising, is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Privacy Act 2020 You authorise us to collect, use, and disclose personal information for credit assessment and debt collection purposes, including disclosing information to credit reporting and debt collection agencies.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

Variations Any variation to these terms must be in writing and signed by us.
